COACHING

First, free Clarity Call

This is a chance to step back for 30 minutes and look at what’s going on.

Whether it’s a work issue or something personal, the call works the same way.

The Reboot idea matters. Think of it as a reset. You slow things down, clear some mental clutter, and get a clearer view of what’s really happening.

In that half hour, I’ll help you get clear on what you want to change, and I’ll help you spot a few options that could work for you. You will not solve anything in 30 minutes, yet you can get clear enough to decide whether you want to work with me.

If we go ahead, we’ll agree on a simple plan. We usually start weekly, then move to fortnightly or monthly once you’re making good progress. Most people work with me for six sessions, and some stay longer.

Sessions are online on Zoom or Google Meets. I prefer video because it helps us connect, and I’m fine with audio-only if you prefer.

Payments are made through a secure payment platform.

Ongoing Coaching

Company-funded coaching is usually arranged as a short programme or a monthly retainer.

Some people prefer a few weekly sessions to tackle one clear challenge, Others prefer a steady rhythm over a few months.

Personal coaching is offered at a subsidised rate: €85 per one-hour session.

I offer a small number of subsidised places, supported by my work with organisations.

Testimonials

"When we brought Peter and his team to Mars Slough, our departments - Production, Finance, Sales, HR, Admin - were operating in silos. People were more focused on protecting their own patch than helping each other succeed.

Over two years, Peter delivered leadership workshops for more than 100 of our managers, creating a common language across all teams using The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

The results speak for themselves. We saw genuine cooperation between departments that had barely talked to each other before. We shifted from a culture of self-protection to one where people actively looked for ways to help their colleagues succeed."
