Reboot Clarity Call

Let’s start with a free 30-minute conversation.

Sometimes you need an outside ear, someone calm, experienced, and not caught up in your situation. The Reboot Call is a free 30-minute Zoom conversation.

The purpose is simple. You get a sense of whether I’m the right coach for you, and I’ll be clear whether your challenge is something I can help with.

You’ll leave with clearer thinking, and a next step you can live with.

ABOUT PETER FOGGIN

You want to know who you’re talking to?

I’ve spent decades helping people think clearly, lead well, and get through change without losing the plot.

I founded The Learning Partnership and the Covey Leadership Centre in the UK, bringing Stephen Covey’s work into organisations across Europe.

(Covey is the author of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.)

I worked closely with Jim Ferrell in the Arbinger Institute, teaching principles of Outward Mindset, based on Arbinger's book Leadership and Self-Deception.

I’ve had my own share of life going sideways, too: cancer, a heart attack, divorce and separation, and bankruptcy.

I don’t wear any of that as a badge. It just means I’m not shocked by real life, and I don’t panic when things feel messy.

I’m a coach, not a guru. We keep it human. We keep it practical.

I live in the Black Forest region of Germany. I host an English-language radio show, and I write practical books. My most recent, Point of No Return, draws on my years as a pilot.

If you’d like to work with me, start with a free 30-minute Reboot Call.

Working with You

We start with a free 30-minute Reboot Call on Zoom.

In that half hour, I’ll get a clear picture of what’s going on for you and what feels hardest right now. I’ll help you find a few options that could work for you, and a next step you can take straight away.

We’ll also use the time to check fit. You’ll know what it feels like to be coached by me. I’ll know whether I’m the right person to help with what you’re facing.

People come to coaching for many reasons. It might be work, a new boss, a team situation that’s turned sour, a tough decision, or that nagging self-doubt that keeps you second-guessing yourself. It might be personal, a relationship wobble, a confidence dip, stress you can’t switch off, money worries, or a life event that has knocked you off balance.

If we continue after the Reboot Call, we’ll set up regular online sessions.

If you’re paying for coaching yourself, the private rate is subsidised by my work with organisations. You’ll see the private option on the booking page.

Publications

If you’re trying to steady yourself in the middle of real life, these books were written with you in mind. Work stress. Change you did not choose. A relationship wobble. A loss of confidence. That odd mix of knowing you should be fine, yet not feeling fine at all.

Each book comes at the same human challenge from a different angle.

Present Tense is for the days when your mind will not slow down and everything feels too much.
Find Your Second Wind gives you a practical framework for getting moving again after a setback, even if you feel flat, doubtful, or out of practice.

Point of No Return draws on my years as a pilot. It’s a memoir, and it also explores what flying teaches you when conditions get rough: staying calm, making decisions with imperfect information, and recovering when things go sideways. Those lessons translate well into life on the ground.

Two books in the Rekindle series are already published. Rekindle Your Life is a guide to getting clear on what matters to you, and staying close to it when life gets noisy. Rekindle Your Voice focuses on imposter syndrome, and helps you trust your own voice again.

Reframed sits a little apart. It’s more playful, a curiosity project. It asks what changes when you look at life through art, story, and a slightly different lens.
