ABOUT PETER FOGGIN

 

Over three decades, I have supported executive teams across the UK and Europe, including serving as Non Executive Director to a £70 million food and drinks manufacturer employing 300 people. I advised on leadership restructuring, Senior Leadership Team appointments and enterprise systems investment to support scalable growth across nine production lines.

Earlier, I founded The Learning Partnership and established the Covey Leadership Centre in the UK, introducing structured leadership development across Europe and working directly with boards on culture, accountability and execution.

​

Alongside board and advisory work, I write on resilience and decision making under pressure, host an English language leadership programme, and speak at conferences on trust, alignment and sustained performance.

​

I am a former transatlantic pilot, an experience that informs my approach to risk, preparation and discipline.

​

I bring steady judgement, behavioural insight and operational understanding to complex leadership environments.

​​

Based in Germany, available for UK and European mandates, on site or hybrid.
